Dr. Trent Tilton is the founder of Tilton Chiropractic Wellness Centers which are dedicated to helping change the lifestyle habits of his patients. Dr. Tilton earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from the University of Iowa in 1996. He went on to earn his doctorate from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2000. Trent is married to Dr. Nicole who is in practice with him. In addition to busy practices, they stay 'extra-busy' raising four children. In his 'spare' time, Trent is an avid golfer participating in many local amateur tournaments. 

I simply want to help people manage their own health and healing. And that can be difficult in a culture that perceives health and healing as coming from 'outside' the body. Every second, the choices we make either build the body

up or tear it down. I look at it as my responsibility to help my patients distinguish between good choices versus poor choices. it is how we FUNCTION, not how we look or feel that determines health. I ask mt patients to consider what they did yesterday, or will do today or tomorrow that their 'future body' will thank them for! Most Americans have more faith in a potion or a pill than they do in the inside power they possess to help the body heal itself.

Dr. Nicole Tilton grew up in Wyoming, Michigan and graduated from Wyoming Park High School. She attended Hope College and went on to earn her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004. Her father, Dr. Ron Wilcox, as well as her sister and brother, Kelli and Ronnie, are also chiropractors.

Chiropractic comes naturally to her. She has been adjusted and living the chiropractic lifestyle since birth and now passes on that lifestyle to her four children. She is very knowledgeable about whole-food supplements and healthy eating, essential oils, kinesio taping and fitness. She wishes to pass on to her patients what she understands and implements in her own life and give them the necessary steps toward changing the culture of their own healthy living.
